Privacy Policy

This is a template privacy policy. Replace it with your own reviewed policy before going to production.

Data we store. Account details (name, email), your organization's SmartBill credentials (the API token is encrypted at rest), and the stock readings and differences we compute on your behalf.

How we use it. Solely to poll SmartBill on your schedule and present your stock data back to you. We do not sell your data.

Your rights (GDPR). You can export all of your organization's data from Settings → Danger zone, and permanently delete your organization and its data at any time.
